I just love when something is simple and beautiful. These chocolate flowers are just that.
I started by putting some lollipop sticks in the mould.
Then I melted my chocolate disks. I decided to melt them in an open ziplock bag so that I could just snip the corner and squeeze it out. That is the no mess way, but you could also melt them in a bowl.
I filled up the flowers with chocolate and tapped the mould to release any air bubbles.
Then it was just a matter of sticking them in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Simple, elegant, and delicious.
I even wrapped them individually for an extra special touch.
